7 going on 16

This past weekend was my niece Hannah’s 7th birthday party! It was her very first sleepover and so I thought it would be fun to take some photos of the party. We didn’t spend the night with them and apparently her Uncle and I missed a very cute Karoake performance to Disney Princess songs! Very upsetting.

I helped Hannah decorate her birthday cake that her Mommy made for her – she absolutely LOVES butterflies!

She had some little crafts for her and her friends to complete – they were creating/decorating the wardrobe for little paper doggies. Hannah loves dogs and anything fashion-related, so it was really perfect for her party.

Colten (my nephew) is the younger brother and was the only little boy there, so he spent almost the entire night trying to get into Hannah’s room so that he could play with the girls. He is such a showoff, it’s amazing. At one point during the night he was literally laying on the ground in the hallway outside of their closed door, just begging to be let in. It was pitiful and adorable all at the same time. The girls were playing with their American Girl dolls/Barbie dolls in Hannah’s room and they eventually let him in. Such a sweet big sister to let her little brother into her sleepover like that! Colty sat on the floor and played with his toy cars while the girls played with their dolls on the bed and it was too cute :).

Aww, that’s so sweet! Thank you 🙂 But I really enjoy taking photos of some of the cutest kids EVER though, who wouldn’t?! (I’m not biased, even if I am their aunt!)

Yes but it takes a very talented photographer to capture the cuteness.ReplyCancel
