We love to get to know our couples on a personal level so that once the wedding day arrives, we’ll be showing up to see you as friends! We know that your wedding day is a unique experience that many brides and grooms consider to be the exciting start to the next chapter in their lives. We always strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience to capture the series of memories that you will cherish forever. Your photos and video are perhaps the most important detail to plan, because once the flowers have faded, the guests have gone home, and the wedding dress is hanging in the closet, other than your memories, these will be the only things that last. It is what you will have to hold onto and remember everything you did and everything you felt on this beautiful, life-changing day.
The discussions and planning that we have with you in advance of the wedding day will help to ensure that we will have everything covered. By devising a well thought-out timeline ahead of time, we can ensure that your day is stress-free and accomplish our mission of getting a true mix of candid, emotional reactions, detail photos of all your hard work and planning, along with portraits that showcases your happiness and that of those most important to you. The bride and groom are the stars of the day and we want to be unobtrusive while also being there to help guide you for your portraits. The best moments and images we capture are those in which the bridal couple, the bridal party, and all of the guests are relaxed, happy, and being themselves! We’re excited to hear from you!
Whether you’ve emailed us directly or you’ve used the contact form on our website, we will reply within 48 working hours. If we're available for your date, we will email you over our current pricing guide listing our Collections, a little bit about how we work and what you can expect, and information about add on collection enhancements (such as albums). If we are not available, we can definitely send over a list of other photographers/videographers we trust and who are currently still available for your wedding date!
Meeting in person is always a great idea but we understand that it's not always possible due to scheduling conflicts. If not, we can always arrange a Skype or Facetime meeting so we can at least see each other while we chat! We love hearing about your wedding plans and details so it’s a great way to make sure we are a right fit for each other. :)
If we decide we are a good fit and you decide you would like to move forward, the next thing we do is send over an online contract for the two of you to sign online. Once the contract has been signed and retainer is paid, your date is officially locked and the next step is to start discussing/scheduling your engagement session!

We do not! We eliminate duplicate images, test shots, missed focused shots, shots with bad expressions and other images that may dilute the overall product delivery. For example, because we shoot with wide apertures, sometimes we take a few extra shots to make sure we have the perfect focus. We don’t expect you to have the expertise or the time to zoom into each image to select the one with the sharpest focus, so we spend hours doing that on our end. In another example, candid laughs and emotional tears are some of the best images from the day. Unfortunately, they can also yield some unflattering facial expressions. We might snap a few extras of any of these moments to make sure we have a great shot with the ideal expression for the moment. With our expertise of processing so many images each year, we may eliminate ones that we feel are duplicates and only deliver the best one.
There are so many awesome venues in the area! If we have not yet the opportunity to shoot at your venue, we will get to the venue early on the day of and be sure to perform a walk-through to scout out the best photography locations, since the light will be different at different times of the year. We also do online research prior to your big day!

We typically do not provide partial day coverage on weekends. We only accept clients that require at least 8 hours of coverage as we have found that less time than that can create a much more stressful timeline and does not allow us to get the creative shots we would like to capture for you!
Of course! We pride ourselves on the consistency of our work. We understand all photographers post their best shots from each wedding on their websites so it’s hard to determine how well he or she will perform on the wedding day. That is why we encourage all of our potential clients to view full events from all photographers they meet with to see how well the photographer performs throughout the day.
We typically deliver at minimum 125+ images per 2-hour engagement session. For a wedding, we typically deliver 80-100 images per hour. These numbers may increase or decrease depending on the flow of the day and the number of events and details needing to be captured.
Our signature wedding album contains 25 spreads and 60+/- images. If you’d like to add more spreads and images, each additional spread can be added at additional cost and the cost includes the design time/revisions.
We do not provide RAW (unprocessed) files from our shoots because we believe in delivering a finished product.
